Capacity – in The Barn the maximum seated at round tables of ten on the ground floor is 124. Additional seating at round tables can be provided upstairs in The Gallery up to a maximum of 30.
The Reception Room and Ante Room can stand 150 for a drinks reception if inclement weather – in fine weather, the large lawn and terrace, with sweeping views of the valley, make a stunning setting for the drinks reception.
The Courtyard is an ideal place for photographs in addition to the lawn and terrace and can also be used for BBQ's and Hog Roasts.
We have a newly constructed Gazebo Garden which has been made especially for those romantic photographs!
We include the provision of up to 150 beechwood chairs, 15 round tables to seat ten and a 3’ round cake table, all heating and the use of a microphone in the hire charge. Additional tables and chairs can be hired on your behalf.
The Kingscote Barn make no corkage charge should you wish to provide your own wines however, please discuss the supply of service, glasses and chilling with the caterer.
We are fully licensed should a cash bar be required and we also have a bespoke oak bar.

Hire charges include the use of the venue until 1.00am.
Also included in the hire charge use of 15 round tables (seat 10 at each), 6 trestle tables, 150 beechwood chairs, 3’ round cake table, heating, use of music system for ceremonies and wireless microphone if required. There is no charge for setting up on the morning of the event. Setting up on the day before the event can be arranged if no other event is booked.
Terms
The booking is confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit (non-refundable) and signed Terms and Conditions. The remaining 50% of the hire charge due one month prior to the event.
