We offer you a beautifully situated, flexible space for anniversaries, birthdays, dinner dances, barn dances and parties – where not only the barn but some of the surrounding fields can be made available for fun and frolics!

We can arrange a variety of entertainments from discos and bands to rodeo bulls, fireworks, casino nights and giant inflatables – the list goes on! Themed parties can also be arranged.

Maximum numbers for a seated meal 135 on the gound floor (more with a marquee extension). Up to 200 for an informal “stand up” gathering.

Terms
Hire charges include use of 14 round tables (seat 10 each) a 3’ round cake table, 140 chairs, heating, the use of CD player & microphone. There is no charge for setting up on the morning of the event. Setting up on the day before the event can be arranged if no other event is booked.

The booking is confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit (non-refundable) – the balance to be paid one month prior to the event.

Situated nearly half a mile from the road and surrounded by fields. The Kingscote Barn is the perfect place for children’s parties.

There is plenty of space in the barn itself, the large lawn and the courtyard. Hundreds of lambs gambling in the fields in Spring and early Summer!

You may prefer to supply your own entertainment and food or, should you need help!..

We work with Party Pinkies (see suppliers list) who can arrange Soccer Parties for the boys, nail art and hair styling for the girls, Magicians, Face Painting, all sorts of table decorations & goody bags and also with Alex Maggs of Sticky Fingers (see suppliers list) who can provide specialist children’s party food or run a cookery party for children.
