Contact the Stroud Register Office (01453 766049) for full details of their requirements or log on to www.gloucestshire.gov.uk Depending on your numbers, there are three possible areas for your ceremony. Reception area – 70 guests Gallery – 30 guests Main Barn – 150 guests There is a set up charge of £120.00 plus Vat for a ceremony at The Kingscote Barn –we will set up the area for the ceremony, provide a meeting room for the registrar and two tables and chairs for the registrars in the room chosen for the ceremony. The registrar arrives approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony. A short interview is conducted with the bride and groom in a private room – the bride can access this area without being seen by other guests. No food or drink can be visible prior to or during the ceremony. We also welcome Humanist Ceremonies, Naming Ceremonies and Renewal of Vows.
