Privately owned, Binley Farm stretches across 400 acres of the stunning Cotswold Hills near Tetbury, Gloucestershire.
The Gale family are proud to have farmed Binley Farm for more than 80 years. The native limestone grassland, ancient beech woodland and grazing sheep make this the picture perfect location.

The Kingscote Barn – Redundant to Resplendent

The original farm once part of The Kingscote Estate underwent sympathetic restoration in 2006, to become a specialist and exclusive wedding and events facility in Gloucestershire.

Dating from the 17th century, the tasteful architectural transformation of the Cotswold stone barn allows for retention of its original character combined in natural harmony with the local surroundings and landscape.

With interior Cotswold stone walls, exposed beams, stone flooring with under floor heating, and plentiful natural light, the finishing touches in the now resplendent Kingscote Barn embrace an eclectic mix of rustic charm with modern 21st century aspects.

Deluxe double en-suite bedrooms (each sleeps 2 persons), set in a converted Cotswold Stone barn just a short walk from the Main Barn. 2 rooms located on the 1st floor above the office and meeting room and a further 2 new rooms for August 2011 located on the ground floor.

The Byre

New for August 2011- this new barn conversion is just a stones throw away from the Main Barn. Sleeps up to six guests and is hired on a self-catering basis.

Ante Room

A bespoke Oak Bar. Double oak doors lead through into the Main Barn.

Reception Room

Perfect for a drinks reception, glazed doors open out onto the Terrace & Lawns. Provides a quiet seating area in the evening.
